trimming curves at determined lengths

The shatter component takes the t curve parameter, that's not the length. Use a divide by length and one of the results is t. Shatter will split the curve in two pieces, the first is your curve.

You can also us the [Extend Curve] component. If you feed it negative lengths, the ends will be trimmed.

I've been trying to use the shatter module for various tasks. It seems to broken. Never shatters in the location a have specified. Any ideas?
