Trimming 2 intersected curves

Hello,

As you can see in the picture i am trying to get rid of the upper part of these curves on their intersection point. Is there any way to do that?

I've also uploaded the model and the grasshopper file.

By example, if by upper part you mean the parts with highest x :

(Shatter, CurvePoint, Pcomp, Sort, Item(0))
