Trim curves with brep question

Hi everybody,

I am trying to split a series of  curves with a brep shape.

Some curves are split others are not (see gh file )

The shape is a closed solid polysurface.

It would be great if someone could explain me how to fix it with the trimbrep or splitbrep component.

I'm kind of mystified myself but here's a workaround. The curves you're trying to split are circles and if you're willing to rebuild them to a higher degree before you split, your routine does work.

thank you for your reply.

i knew the workaround but

just wanted to save the step using the shatter component.
