Triangular Mesh

Hi,

I am trying to construct a mesh using the mesh triangle tool. I have managed to create the triangle mesh in one direction on my tower but I now want to create the missing triangles in the opposite direction.

I'm struggling to work out what data I need to input into my series to create the additional triangles, I have tried varies different options but none of which seem to be right. I know the the first triangle would be (1,19,18) and I can create a single triangle mesh by inputting these number into mesh triangle but I now need to apply that theory to the entire tower. If anyone has any ideas they would be most welcome. I think I might need to use Flip Matrix possibly?
