Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello,

I am Jon,

Could anybody help me, I want to draw a triangle, but the triangle sides must be the same length all the time even changing the points position.

Is there any definition to do that?

Thanks

What is the criteria for the placement of the third point?

Imagine a sino curve, where the circles are going to have the centre point, from there we intersect several times in different points between different circles. What I don't know how to reach it what is sketched and again keeping the sides the same length

hope u understand

something like this

With a quick glance I would say yes there is room for simplification. However I don't have time right at this moment to go into in such depths, but I would like to help, what deadlines are you working towards?

Next week,

I would appreciate it

thanks a lot

I will wait for ur help.

Hi JonRico,

What version of Grasshopper are you able to use. If I work on this in 0.9.0050+ will you be able to access it?

Or do I need to roll back to 0.9.0014?

In which version did u start to work?
I think I have the earlier version but can download the recent one

You can use Rhino 5? yes?

No Rhino4

I will have to roll back to 0.9.0014 then.

I have a couple of questions I'll PM you with.

I don't know Why you have done certain things like create more circles than you need and then select only a few and some twice but I have had a first stab at what I believe to be the intended results.

Have a look and see if this is true.
