Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello All, could someone tell me please how to achieve in grasshopper something like the tree ramification showed in the attached picture? I would like also to be able to control the growth of the tree.
Maybe this is quite simple to get, but not as a new user without much practice like me :)
Thanks
Rod

as im also new with grasshopper, i dont know how to do but its basically a geometry , that gets altered (grows) by changing every part of it by another one (simplest is to take same geometry over and over again), like fractals. if you look close at your gfx you can see the repetition.

please correct if im saying something, wrong :-)
so you could define a geometry with is branched like Y and take every segment and repeat it with its own, think you have to care about size.
Refer to Rhinoscript101. The 2D tree is a basic recursion example...

You might be able to figure out a "components only" way to achieve the same effect, but Rhinoscript101 spells out some logic that may be helpful... p.68.

The images that Zhai posted today also looks like it's a based on the same example.
Thank you both guys. I'm afraid i will have to check out a bit more to get what you both have mentioned. Rhinospript is still like an unmanageable monster to me. It's a good opportunity to start anyway.
Thanks again,
Rod
