algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I want to build a tower that every floor has an constant area but whit different form.

Can do it grasshopper? there's anyone can explain how i do it?

Hi Daniel,

once you have your floor shape, you need to measure your surface area. Then divide the square-root of your desired area by the square root of your actual area and finally scale with the resulting factor:


If you're interested in lengths instead of areas, you can leave out the Square Root. If you're interested in volumes instead of areas, you need to use the Cube Root.
