Tips for customized jewellery

Hi all,

I would like to create jewellery who matches perfectly body shapes, like that :

But I don't know how to do...

I want to use a 3D model of body parts and match jewels on it.

(There's an example of 3d model attached to this post)

Anyone could show me the way ?

This might be a starting point... Wrapping curves around a mesh...
