algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello world!

I am trying to control via TouchOSC a surface that reacts to light stimulations (via Firefly-Arduino).

Well, the question is:

Is there a way to set the timer on/off via a (for example) a boolean toggle?

My target is to control this surface via remote only... so the double clik on the timer component is just a little out of my goal.

Any suggetions?

I read carefully lots of previous discussions, expecially this one :http://www.grasshopper3d.com/forum/topics/dynamic-timer-interval; but it seems that the only way is to write a VB or C# custom component. Unfortunately I'm not so familiar to these languages.

In my imagination there was a component whit 2 input (A: True/False ; t: time interval in milliseconds) and 1 output (Out: txt message as "Timer is on" "Timer is Off").

Thanks a lot
