Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if you would be able to tell me what the "INT" component is and does? Someone has posted a blog with it in the grasshopper definition and I have no idea what it is.

Cheers

Hi,

Again while doing tutorials meant for an earlier version, i come across this lack of finding the right way to connect a component.

I'm basically taking a domain and breaking it up into Umin and Umax and the same for V, and I control through a graph mapper the U coordinates only.

The end is to connect back into 1 domain these data, and put that new domain into the isotrim of the surface.

Sadly, the tutorial uses "interval-i2". I found the icon image that looks the same (i.e. Domain2), but for some reason the isotrim tells me that the "Trimming U domain is singular"... what does that mean?

Thanks

From the image I can't see any red lines on [Graph] do your values fall in the 0 to 1 range? or do you need to <Reperamaterize> your input [Surface]

Marvelous. Thank you.

I reparametrized the surface and it worked.

Thank you.

Nice, here we have the first GHtext real application, just talk about Grasshopper syntax without needing an image or screen capture :)

EDIT: when I replied to this there were no other responses showing, the ones you show are interval, as Danny says, its now Domain.
