algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Interesting shape. I first thought of using Cpoy trim and the wonderful Planarize function in Kangaroo (btw thanks again Daniel)
But it's not a random voronoi, you need a minimum number of trianglular faces to make sure the quad or pent ones are all flat. The triangles have to be well disributed too.
Perhaps you could intersect the surface with keen planes, create polygons from the resulting planar curves and then fill in the gaps with triangles.
I'm sure there is a better way. Anyone?
