It's not possible, but you can evaluate the tensor yourself and export line segments.

One more question: What about coloured mesh? Is it possible to be export?

If it is not, is there any alternative way to export 'direction display'?

You can use the mesh component with a list of colors and bake it. Or do you mean exporting it as a .csv?

Geco from HDT has some export features.

All the field components which create coloured meshes can be baked. Whether or not you can export a coloured mesh from Rhino to some other file format depends on whether that format supports coloured meshes. VRML does, not sure about anything else.
