Tangent Vector or Perpendicular Plane On The Curve

Dear Grasshopper users;

I must assign tangent vectors or perpendicular planes at any given point of the curve.

However, points are not assigned with regular intervals and i cannot assure if the curve is planar tip to toe.

My only input will be the point and the curve.

I have the same question, only the points(on the curve)and curve. how can I use these points and creat the planes depend on the tangent of this curve.
