tangent to curve

Hello Evereybody,
I have a problem …
Is there any posibility to draw a line from a List of points to a List of curves, circles or like in my case Ellipses!? Point and Ellipse are in the same plane! There is the command „draw tangent to“ in Rhino, but is there a possibility to do this in GH? I see the problem that every circle or Ellipse has to possible Tangentpoints to every Point in same plane. .. :(
Unfortunately, I have no idea about scripting and I´m still no GH expert..
Is there anybody who had a similar problem? Or has anybody a idea to handle this problem with GH?
I would be thankful for every idea you have…

Im not sure what you mean..

1. Do you have points on the curve from where you want to draw tangents?

2. Or do you have points that are not on the curve and you want to draw connecting lines so that all lines are tangential to the curve?

What you mean is not clear...
In the attached files I have reproduced the exact method useful for finding a tangent between two circumferencies.
I think that can be you useful.
