Tangent to curve starting at a point

From what I remember from school finding the equation of a tangent line to a point could be possible through derivatives. What I'm missing here is the equation of the curve.

Attached is another crude approach. I wrote it in c# to prove the concept, but here is an anemone version to handle the recursive function,since you maybe a beginner so this willl be easier for you to tweak. I have no idea how rhino handles this in the tangent snap. Maybe we you can ask in  discourse.
