can someone please help me out with this tower how do i script it in grasshopper??

Easy: just write ~ 6666 lines of code in just 1 month, get the money and go to Monaco. A proper workstation is a must, mind (add ~ 6-10K).

400-500 Euro/h you mean (but go for dollars paid in Cayman Islands: better safe than sorry)
