algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Syntax error: Unknown variable encountered: X

Hi,

Can anyone please help me.

I still learning grasshopper so I dont what is happening and how to solve this problem.

When I use function component and when I enter any equation I always get the erorr: Unknown variable encountered: X

How it can be unknown, when I put, for example number slider, in input variable x?

Why is that happening?

Thus only happens with the display full name option. If you rename it it will work correctly. Wierdly you can rename it variable x and it will work correctly.

Which means it is a bug of grasshopper
