sweeping rectangle profiles vs. pipes

hi, I am trying to sweep rectangle profiles along curves. This results in many many crashes as opposed to using these same curves with the pipe command. I don't understand the problem, logicwise because pipe is also sweeping a circle on the same curve. is there something differrent while coding from grasshopper than from built in commands as far as computer usage is concerened? I basicly have like 70 curves I need to sweep the same rectabgular profile on. I have them in a list, and use the sweep command in grasshopper, simple as that. It always crashes..

This definition doesn't seem to work anymore. I tried it on my model and I couldn't get it to go whereas the typical pipe definition does. Care to give feedback on an updated definition or mess around to fit it to my model?
