Sweeping a rectangle

Hi all,

I have no idea why this does not work. I could really use some help.
I have a list of lines and I would like to sweep a rectangle around them.

My frames is set to 1, creating a plane at the beginning and end of my curve.
I draw a rectangle on all these planes.
Then I pattern cull, with a true false boolean (leaving the first rectangle at the beginning of every curve).
Then I lead it to the sweep. This creates an Empty Brep list.

I am just a beginner, so my thinking mistake might be pretty basic, but I could really use some help,

try grafting your rail curves

Hi Gwyll,

What exactly do you mean by grafting? What components should I use to do this?

I have now tried adding a simple geometry-curve to restate that these are curves, but that did not work either. Any ideas

Ok grafting is a component in the newest version of grasshopper, will download the newest version now and give it a shot.
