First Off, you are better off using "Evalute Length" component. Curve domain is a different thing from it's length.

Second, your section curves have different control point counts and seam positions and that's why the twisting problem is happening. You should at least unify the curve seam positions. See white groups.

The problem is not solved, if I decrease the model, twist appears again. Could you please advice me what I'm doing wrong?
