Sweep 2 rails dont work with closed curves

Maybe a general problem with sweep1 rail too?

The attached files show:

The section curve causes a sweep1 rail to fail at various radius size intervals, and at various
z axis/normal rotations.

Rhinocerous v4 SR 9, Grasshopper 0.8.0009
