Hey, I think its because you need to give the component the four curves in the "right" order. From left to right or right to left.

Hi Malte,

This is much better, but it is still not adjusting the surface to the rails, there are "gaps" in some areas.

How can I get a perfect adjusted surface as I'm getting when I do this in Rh ?

Hi.

It would be better to adjust seams of your two rail curves to one of your section profiles position.

Ok, now I got it,,, it is not just the seams of the rails , it is also about the order of the curves.
