Sweep 1 Rail & Mitters

Hi all,

I'm newbie here. I have a problem with sweep command.

I attached the Rhino and Grasshopper def. of the design.

So, I've been trying to sweep the little profile on the front upper corner, on that big shape. I tried to do it on Rhino but I couldn't, on two of the corners, the shape is broken.

So I thought may be Grasshopper let me do that, since I have that kind of Rail shapes and profiles. But simply when I try the same logic on Grasshopper, sweep command gave me en error and it couldn't make the sweep at all.

So, this is kind of and urgent situation.

How do I sweep that profile along that curve with the correct shapes on the corners.

probably not loads of use, but your definition mysteriously worked for me.

When it first loaded it could not create sweep, i tried exploding the curve to see if the four curves could be done individually and then trimmed and joined,

but when i joined the line, the definition worked. The final joint is a little off but its there.

Its not a working definition, but i baked the result if thats any use.

I think geometry gym has some functionality for sweeping sections along curves.

anyway hope this is of some use ....
