Sweep 1 Bug in 6.0059

I was having trouble using the sweep command, only half of my closed curves were being succesfully swept. I noticed that when I rotated my section that the curves which were successfully swept changes. I believe maybe that this has to do with the relation between the curve direction of the section curves and that of the rail curves? Is there a way to align all the directions of the curves uniformly?

  I was thinking that the component should really handle this operation, similar to the rhino sweep command, which seems to have more error trapping built in. . . . but before that gets incorporated, whats the quickest workaround?
