surface subdivion plane

Hello one noob question:

After I subdivide a surface with isotrim/divide domain, I used brep area to define that center of those divisions, then I am wanting to generate circles on that surface but the planes should be along the surface, not just simply x/y/z plane. How do I generate the circles to the different planes of the surface??
