algorithmic modeling for Rhino

surface split issue

I am trying to remove small circles from a component I have going all the way along my structure - I have completed the first set successfully, but I can't figure out why it's not worked on all components, even although they are derived from the same base surface. 

I have attached an image for clarity, as well as the file. Can anyone explain to me what's happening here? Many thanks in advance!

Hello Tash, 

that usually happens because the surfaces are not *exactly* in the same plane, so you have to use project.
