surface population with ecotect data influence

e.g. Make those holes smaller where yellow is and bigger where blue is. I tried populating with surface box and morph, but that is not the appropriate strategy, because all the elements are the same, different is only the height of the surface box thus the complete height of the emelent, which is controlled by  Ecotect data.
