Surface panel distribution--UV propigation issues

I am having a problem with creating U&V coordinates for a surface I created. The U count will distribute over the surface but I don't know how to get the V count to propagate over the entire surface. It seems to only want to apply to one plane. Any suggestions are appreciated. Screen shot attached ans well as GH and Rhino file.

How did you create this surface? When I rebuild it, I see that it is degree-3 in the U direction but degree-2 in the V direction. When I rebuild the surface as degree-3 in both the U and V directions, it works fine.

If you are willing to rebuild the surface, then you are all set. If not, attached is another way to do this.

Thanks for your reply and solution. It is a lofted surface. Interesting that the degree change allows the v count to wrap the form. I will have to investigate that. As for your alternate GH solution, thank you very much. I will study that. Still very much a novice and it will take me 3-4 times a long to get it.
