The 2 Surfaces you have in the Rhino Document have different orientations

The position (0,0) on each are diagonally opposite to each other.

In Rhino you can use the "dir" command to change the U,V directions until they are similar.

Or you can use one of the LUNCHBOX components [Reverse Surface] in Grasshopper.

Once you have the surfaces matching in U and V directions use the Component [Surface Frames]

'Reverse List' component in one of your point list

Edit: See your points order with point list component, it's very helpful to solve data matching problems
