algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Surface help

Hello.
Made this surface with by pulling/pushing control points, tsplines and a little bit of GH.
I need to smooth it out, and not sure if there is a way to do it in GH.
Hope someone can guide me in the right direction.

Im afraid no easy way. this surface is pretty messy
