Surface from lofting

Maybe because Loft generated a Brep? What's the actual error message?

the error said it is a brep. How do I convert the brep to a surface? I need a surface.

You can't. Loft outputted a Brep because it couldn't make a Surface. Somehow the input curves preclude the output of a single surface. Sometimes this is because of kinks or other discontinuities in the lofting curves, sometimes it's because of Loft settings, sometimes it's a bug. Without seeing the actual curves I can't comment more specifically.
