surface division - rotate divisions

actually i am gonna change my question to a more general question. I wanna make a stripes pattern. i have a base surface (from contours) which i want to cover with stripes. parallel the one to the other. i tried to contour the srf and then offsetonsrf, but this didn't give me correct results.

 

can anyone help?

the stripes material must be 0.5 m so thats why i used offset on srf. before that i used contour twice but i moved the starting point the second time. i'm confused i dont seem to find a solution
