Surface Divide - Point List Order

I am working through the development of a geodesic structure using Chris Mealing's wonderful geodesic sphere geometry generator. I am relatively new to Rhino and Grasshopper so I am, no doubt, asking a very basic question.

I am trying to convert the order of the points on the surface from 5 separate lists to one continuous list. I have attached an image of the development of the Rhino and Grasshopper files. The problem is probably simple, but any help would be appreciated.

Thanks! That's perfect.

Of course, as I was doing a bit more digging and found the solution as well, proving that as soon as one asks the simple question the answer will be found.
