Surface diagrid issue

Hi there, so here is a one step further from a typical surface diagrid modification. I created a 2 surface of of diagrid and attempted to connect the node of one another but somehow in the last or the first row I have lines all join to one point instead of evenly distributed. Does anyone can give me some point to get this resolved? Thanks for the read
