Surface deformation: point/curve attraction

Hello, I'm having problems with my definition: I created a waved surface, now I have to insert this text on the surface in a way that the waves continues normally and when them approach the writing, the waves go down (creating a valley on the surface). Tried to do this whit points attraction, curve attraction, with nudibranch (plugin) and now I'm thinking in something with Kangaroo (but I don't have much experience with this tool).

Someone knows a way to solve this problem?
