Subtract coplanar surfaces

Hello everyone,
I have couples of coplanar surfaces. I'm trying to create an algorythm to subtract from the bigger srf the relative smaller srf.
For example, I'd like to subtract from this srf (from now on I'll call it the "polite one")
this srf (the "really rude and mean one").

I'm able to do it manually but I can't find a way to organize the algorythm to remove every single small coplanar srf.
These images are from an example file, unfortunately the work-in-progress one has hundreds of coplanar srfs i want to subtract from each other.
Am I missing a vital, really simple and already existing component that could help me do that (that would not be the first time)?
I searched for similar cases on the forum but I couldn't find one that I could successfully apply.
