algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Hi everybody,
Can anyone tell me what is the simplest way to substract, from a set of curves, a sub-set of that same set?
Thanks

sorry, here is the screen capture
Finally, I have found a way to substract the subset from the complete set.
Is there a simplest way to do it?
Why I can´t plug both sets in the SETS>Difference component?
Set Components only work on simple data types. Numbers, Text*, Points, Vectors, Colours...
They don't work on geometry.
*@David, Notice how good I am at toeing the party line :)
Thank you Danny!
Do you know if is it possible to perform this task via Data tree, in a more direct or efficient way?
Does exist any kind of "data tree filter" to substract coincident geometry in two differents trees?
You are referencing two sets of curves. Therefore the IDs of these curves will be different and so you will not be able to identify 'Identical' curves without finding some criteria to assess them on. For example the Start and End Points are identical (Of course you would miss this if they were drawn separately and had different directions, so you would need to sort them first)
So short answer "No" there is no easy tree management component to do this.
