Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

hello,
Where would you find this SubSrf component (middle) in GH menus? It seems to be hidden somewhere.
And what is it actually good for? I mean what does it return what the Divide Interval² component (from the Scalar menu, & left in picture) doesn't put out?

In the shown constillation the SubSrf component seems to be redundend.
Or not? Although for that question i guess i should screenshot the whole definition :> .

Thanks:)

hey tim.
the subsrf component is under
surface
util
isotrim
personaly is use this conponent to subdivide a surface in smaller parts or 4 point surfaces
so basically this is the way i get it
subsrf=isotrim:subdivides a srf
divide interval 2: tells isotrim in how many parts the srf should be divided, by conecting it to the domain on the subdivision
so say your divide interval component is set to u:10 v:10
you are going to get 100 surfaces
i hope i made myself kind of clear.
best
ah yes, i see:), thank you very much,

i'm still crawling in GH, not quite learning to run yet.

best regards

anytime!
Whats the degree value of the curves that generated the loft_?
It seems that isotrim does not wor for values different than 3.
Can you upload your definition?
