sub curve not working as expected, what am I missing?

both inputs are coming from the same source but the sub curve does not seem to be working. I had originally not grafted the inputs but the domain bounds widget only created the bounds for one of the list items per branch.  I thought that grafting each item would allow for the sub curve to work properly but it does not seem to. the resulting curve is the same length.

I want to truncate each curve by .0625 on each end.  is there a better/other way to do this?

You should "Reparameterize" your curve input.

I ended up doing that but wanted a known about to truncate regardless of curve length.  I ended up remapping both bounds of the domain and then reparameterized the input curves.
