Sub curve component error for David

If you reparameterize the C input of Sub curve component it works ok, same length.

ps the curve component was empty so i had to draw another curve.

Thanks for your quick reply. But I forget said that problem only with spline curve. None problem with open or closed poly line,Line,Arc,circle. After reparameterize with spline problem repeated  again.

i did not use polyline. i used interpolate curve and had the problem which was solved after reparameterizing.

please post the file with the 3dm or with internalized the curve you are working with.

Curve lengths and curve domains are not the same thing. The only constraints on the curve domain are that it is increasing from start to finish and everywhere in between. You can change the domain of any curve to whatever you want without changing in any way the shape of the curve.

If you want to shorten a curve with a specific length, the easiest way is to use Extend Curve with a negative extension length:

Yes David I want to cut my curve to pieces. But encountered with interesting situation when spline worked not correct. I am internalized my curves inside def.
