algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Structural Rib Transformation Help!
hello, I am fairly new to grasshopper and was wondering is someone could show me how to start transforming a surface to get some sort of ribbed like system like the examples attached. I've be looking for tutorials and cant really find what i need. Any help would be much appreciated thanks.

For second image (032-straps.jpg) you can use the attached definition with Image sampler.
Use number slider below the Image sampler component to regulate the angle of opening.
When downloaded, put the porous.jpg in C:\
