So what you show highlighted in red is actually a function you would like grasshopper to perform (where the mesh is pulled to points)?

Yes, I would like is that the points where the distance is bigger, will be atracted infuencing the sorrounding points.
This will create a stretching mesh.

I still have some problems about the choice of the attraction points
Do you have any proposal?
