algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Strange Error

I have received a grasshopper file which generated the following "Method Not Found" error message (see image).

They are not having this problem on their computer…. we both are running Rhino 4, SR8 Grasshopper 0.8.006

They wrote the script with a user object made from a cluster. I loaded it in my user objects folder. 

I am not sure what it could be/how to resolve this error.

Hi Monique,

 

looks like the file you received is only partial. A lot of Xml elements are not closed, indicating you only got the first portion. Ask them if they can send you a gh file (not ghx), or zip the ghx file for transfer. By the looks of it it is a rather large document 13.5k lines of xml is no peanuts, so saving as gh will make a considerable difference in size.

i asked to have it resent as a *.gh file, and it worked great.
