algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Okay. I feel like an idiot that I don't see where the issue is but why in the world am I not getting data read into my panel component?
No errors show up...the data just doesn't appear.

Hello,
According to what I see in your image, you do have the latest version of gHowl. In this version, we did away with using the Open Office engine and instead are using the OpenXML standard. This means a few things:
1. In order for the spreadsheet components to work, you must download and install the OpenXMLSDK. This file can be found in the 'Dependencies' Folder in the gHowl download. Please let me know if you cannot find it, in any case, you can find it at this link: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=5124
2. This means you can only read and write .xlsx files.
Which version of windows are you using?
Best,
Luis
Hey Luis,
I downloaded the openXMLSDK and fed it a .xlsx file and now it is working.
Windows 7

McK,
Glad it worked out, apologies for switching out the way we do things so dramatically. This way seemed a bit less invasive than askiing people to install an entire office package. Also, seems to work much faster. Let us know if you have any issues.
Best,
Luis
