Splitting surface with mesh / Mesh from contour / Edge Surface problem

Hey,

I'm trying to split the razor's surfaces with a mesh created from contour lines. I want to get a sort of 'ground irregularity' in the razors.

I've found a way to do this, but it gets kinda messy and I came upon 2 problems that I couldn't find an answer to myself:

1. I've created the Mesh from contour lines using Delaunay Mesh. It got me a result the closest to what I had in mind, as the mesh created was pretty simple and straight, without unnecessary roundness. Though I still got a couple problematic places - perhaps I need to prepare the contour lines differently?

Or maybe there is a better way to get a triangulated mesh from contour lines?

2. With a Mesh|Mesh Intersect of Delaunay Mesh and the razors I've managed to get the intersection curve (end curve of the razors), which I have projected onto the base surface to get another curve (starting curve of the razors). Having those two curves I've planned to connect them with an Edge Surface to get the final razors' shape and it worked, but not completely. 2/3 of the razors got created exactly as I wanted, but the last 1/3 got messy - they didn't connect with the curve 'over' them but with the next in line. I don't really get where the problem lies.

I'm attaching the .3dm and .gh file :)

PS. I had no idea what the title of this discussion should be.

Another option would be not creating a mesh out of the contour lines at all, but use the contour lines themselves and intersect them with the razors' surfaces. This way on each razor I'd get a couple intersection points, which have to be connected - and that's the part I have no idea how to do :)
