Hi Ben,

 

you'll need a Curve Discontinuity component and search for all discontinuities of level=2. Then you can use Shatter to break the curve into loose segments.

 

There's also Explode Curve which will break the curve into loose segments, but that will explode consecutive arcs with identical curvature vectors.
