split list by indices

hey guys,

I was looking for quite some time to figure out the way to divide a list by its' indeces

i would need to extract every 2nd index and divide the input list

{0}
{1}

{2}

{n}

 into 2 lists:

{0}

{2}

{even}

and 

{1}

{3}

{odd}
