Split data tree by condition

Hello guys~ I have a problem to solve this.

 

Like you see in this picture, I want to split data tree into two group(a certain group..) by some conditions. In this time, I want to split data tree into "planar curve" group and "closed planar curve" group.

What can i do ?

Plz Help me~
