Okay ! 

So i try to make a closed 3d voronoi brep on a morphed surface. I need to separate a group of surfaces to manage it and i want to remove all the faces witch are inside the whole volume and keep the faces witch are on the sides of the "morphed" box to join them to another set of faces. Here are the files.... Thank you per advance !!

Here is a different approach using 'Cull' the filters all three values returned by 'ShapeIn': 0=inside (green), 1=intersecting (yellow) and 2=outside (red):

Hum..I don't manage to solve my problem ....it doesn't work on my definition...have you tryed it on mine?

I don't use LunchBox so can't even see your code properly.  I suggest you internalize your surface so the Rhino file isn't needed.  Spelling: "which", not "witch".

My examples work so my job is done here.
