algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Hi guys i'm in trouble, i tried to make a paneling tools on a sphere but i have two problem
First: the vertex of the sphere look awful
Second: i want to add a random seed to the substrate but it doesn't work

first: what do you mean by vertex and what do you mean by awful?
second: The seed number works just fine, when you change it the substrate changes. Do you perhaps mean something else?

i want to apply on every face of the sphere a different list of seed ( using the component of the substrate but when i try it they overlay on each other. for the vertex there is any possibility to melt all the triangle and made them became square( talking about the paneling)?
For a different seed in every face you will have to create as many substrate divisions as the faces of the sphere, and then keep your data structure under control until you apply [map to surface]:
I still don't get the "triangles" part... Especially in the highest and lowest faces of the sphere (which are triangular) you can't avoid having triangular panels. If that's not what you mean maybe a sketch could be helpful.
